Your role

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Tech Engineer to:

Develop web applications by analyzing business functional or technical requirements and implementing them.
Engage in requirements-gathering activities, including evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and provide inputs and solutions based on current and target state of the application.
Support the technical development and ensure delivery of well tested, signed-off and fit-for-purpose solutions.
Assist in quality control and project management.
Guarantee a secure infrastructure environment as well as production stability and performance.
Analyze errors in systems and define corrective measures.
Review stories or requirements, design solutions, and develop software components within agile delivery framework.
Identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaborate with other global IT and cross-functional teams as group moves towards agile delivery solutions.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a Software Engineer, Associate, Programmer Analyst or related occupation.

Alternate Education & Experience Requirement
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a Software Engineer, Associate, Programmer Analyst or related occupation in lieu of a Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience.
