The Opportunity: We're looking for a proactive Group Sales Manager to support our Director of International Sales. This role is key in providing exceptional experiences for our international guests and groups, and in driving our international sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in site inspections, planning, service, and execution for International Guest/Group visits. Work closely with operations teams including Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, and Meeting & Events to exceed client needs. Ensure flawless arrival and overall experience for all International guests. Participate in International sales efforts, including outside sales calls. Prepare proposals, contracts, and turnover files using Delphi. Utilize Opera for various operational needs. Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team objectives. Create sales collateral and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite. Manage preparation for site inspections, communications, and inquiries. Handle Expense Reports, Monthly Reports, and International database management.Elegant Spaces for Successful Events:
Promote our elegant meeting spaces for corporate events, offering unique experiences like golfing, spa treatments, and water activities.Qualifications:
College degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Experience with high-level clientele is desirable. Excellent English language skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer relation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Delphi and Opera.
