Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and personalized shopping experience for all customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make informed product recommendations.
  • Drive sales growth by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
