Davidson's is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Lead to join our hardworking team in our Inventory Department in Prescott, Arizona
Inventory Administrative Lead Responsibilities Include
- Oversees the Inventory team and reports department metrics to the Director of Merchandising
- Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming shipments to verify information against bill of lading, invoices, orders or other records.
- Management of the paperwork flow to shared services and material movement/control within our warehouses.
- Create and process shipping paperwork for the day's receiving, enter receiving into our tracking and reporting systems.
- Internal and external customer service
- Correspond with vendors regarding billing, payments and shipment/invoice discrepancies
- Works with Accounts Payable to reconcile any outstanding invoices including vendor credits
- Maintaining ATF regulations and compliance
Ideal Inventory Administrative Lead Candidates Would Possess
- 1 to 2 years of inventory control management (or basic accounts payable) experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail (problem-solving abilities, and a strong sense of urgency)
- A demonstrated ability for planning and organization skills, handling multiple tasks (simultaneously), and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner with internal and external contacts at all levels.
- Strong (mathematic skills and) computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook & Excel.
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Positive attitude and a devotion to customer service
Inventory Administrative Lead Pay & Benefits
Davidson's is a business casual environment that offers a generous benefits and compensation package. The starting pay for the Inventory Administrative Lead will be $21 p/hour in addition to COMPANY-PAID Medical, Life insurance, and Family Telemedicine benefits for our full-time employees. Additional voluntary benefits include family Medical, Dental, and Vision coverages as well as supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, short-term/ long-term disability plans, pet insurance, cash benefit plans, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous match
