Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Construction Engineering Technician in the Office of the Commanding Officer, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, of Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) PacificDutieso You will assign work to junior employees based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
o You will advise leadership on technical requirements based on the results of inspections or assessments.
o You will monitor construction to assure compliance with contracts provisions and standards.
o You will determine best practices for key work processes and standardization of work procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
o You will direct Engineering Technicians providing construction management, contract technical support, and site management for project assigned to Requirements Conditions of Employmento Must be a US Citizen.
o Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
o Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
