The Executive Recruiting team focuses on partnering with Rapid7’s executives globally across all disciplines to ensure we are hiring talented and diverse leaders to drive impact for our customers.  As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide the highest level of recruitment services to our senior business leaders, spearheading a comprehensive end-to end hiring process. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience managing a full cycle desk and using creative sourcing methods to attract top talent to Rapid7.In this role, you will:
  • Partner with executive level Hiring Managers to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies for top-tier leadership talent while managing expectations based on pipeline and candidate activity
  • Lead an effective hiring process which includes guiding the initial kickoff conversation, leading candidate interviews, managing pre-brief and debrief discussions with interview teams, performing reference checks, and ultimately presenting and negotiating offers to successfully closed candidates
  • Create a best-in-class experience for candidates through clear and timely communication
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management
  • Partner with our Executive Recruiting team to create innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best leaders for Rapid7, with a focus on raising the bar with every hire and upholding our commitment to further building a diverse organization
  • Collaborate with peers across Talent Acquisition and People Strategy to make certain that the competencies and behaviors we seek in our leaders are reflected in our interviewing and selection processes
  • Efficiently use our applicant tracking system (Workday) to ensure data integrity that will allow you to tell the story of your search progress and challenges
  • Take a data-driven approach to managing your recruiting desk, using internal data as well as market insights to enable hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions
The skills you’ll bring include:
  • 5+ years of industry experience with a demonstrated track record of conducting senior leadership searches; experience with an executive search firm is required
  • Background in managing complex searches across all business functions, especially in the technology space, from kickoff to close
  • Experience building high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines for full recruitment cycles, using creative sourcing techniques and relationships with a network of senior leaders
  • Dedication to and ability to build strong, collaborative stakeholder, candidate, and internal peer relationships
  • Clear, concise communication skills and comfort in presenting to and working with senior executives
  • Ability to approach challenges with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Intuition, natural curiosity, and adaptability - we value new ideas and creativity and want to be continuously developing individually and as a team
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation with a commitment to leveraging systems and processes to help us scale
  • Highly analytical and articulate, comfortable leveraging data and market insights to drive alignment, create strategies, and influence where necessary
