What You'll DoIn this role, you will further develop and utilize your knowledge of Global absence administration, provide excellent service as a primary point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan and program operations.
In this role, you will- Be the first point of contact in Epic’s day to day global leave of absence administration
- Coordinate and escalate all leave of absence queries received by employees; advocate on behalf of plan members and coordinate with external/internal partners while enhancing leave processes to ensure streamlining
- Conduct recurring and ad-hoc audits with exceptional attention to detail; investigate and solve for discrepancies
- Participate in training for our HR Partners and Coordinators so they are aware of Leave entitlements within the countries where they have employee representatives
- Oversee the USA FMLA administration and stay up to date with Global Leave legislative changes
- Workday - maintain Workday by ensuring event approvals and accurate leave processing as well as Workday testing and auditing of leave types
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the global mobility team (relocation, preferred location and immigration)
- Leave of absence administration and Workday experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills as to provide timely, responsive, accurate, and thorough service
- Collaboration experience with numerous stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience handling sensitive information and confidentiality is paramount
- Flexibility to manage ambiguity, pivot, and adapt to evolving business or client needs
- Comfort with a fast-paced work environment
- Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to leaves of absence
- Excel or Google Sheets experience
