The Executive Housekeeper ensures standards of cleanliness for the property stemming from the entrance and guest rooms to the back of house areas. Someone who is great with time management and cost controls but knows how to keep focus on the team members.  Is aware how to juggle the complexities of balancing the maintenance of team morale and standards while understanding the simplicity that guests want a clean space.What you will be doing

Oversee a dedicated housekeeping team to ensure the comfort and safety of guests, while helping meet and exceed business goals.  Create an environment that’s safe and engaging, where motivated people want to join, learn, do their best, and advance. Leading a team by empowering the team members and modeling the way.

  • Lead pre-shift meetings communicates arrivals, departures, identifies VIP’s, delegates room assignments and duties.
  • Supervise and inspect the cleaning of the guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of the house; ensure compliance with accident/loss prevention programs, SOPs and health/sanitation standards and regulations to achieve a high level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction. Log items into the Lost and Found and answer inquiries to maintain controls and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Department and Front Desk to achieve a consistent, high quality product resulting in above average customer satisfaction scores.
