Develop, execute and manage company marketing projects. Responsible for end to end execution from the request stage through creative implementation across various communication channels. Work with diverse cross-functional teams from marketing, design, copy, and product marketing and sales to help drive the business forward. Provide communications expertise and support to internal customers from all departments across the organization to ensure communications align with our desired customer experience strategy and brand.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Collect, organize, proofread, and edit information from different departments.
  • Act as primary point of contact for all assigned projects.
  • Upload required documents into to CMS using the HMPS system.
  • Create, communicate, and follow-up on timelines/schedules.
  • Obtain estimates for all marketing expenses including printing, mailing, promotional items, online and print advertising.
  • Process invoices, update, and reconcile budget worksheets.
  • Report metrics from marketing campaigns to sales and marketing teams.
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects. Post regular project updates to website and other forms as defined by departmental procedures.
  • Utilize Lean/process improvement methodology to achieve strategic goals.
  • Manage scheduling/calendar of all executions.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with multiple departments.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to drive initiatives.

Supporting Responsibilities:
  • Provide coaching, training, and leadership to other Marketing Communications staff and company employees related to the communication style guide and written communication in general.
  • Maintain professional, service-oriented relationships with customers throughout the organization.
  • Meet department and company performance and attendance expectations.
  • Follow the PacificSource privacy policy and HIPAA laws and regulations concerning confidentiality and security of protected health information.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Experience: At least five years of experience in marketing or project management required. Experience in health insurance a plus.

Education, Certificates, Licenses: BS or BA in Design, Journalism, English, Marketing, or related degree required.

Knowledge: Expert knowledge in MS Office required. Experience in database systems and project management tools. Basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, DreamWeaver). Basic knowledge of HTML. Ability to multi-task. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work within a large and diverse team. Ability to learn regulatory requirements specific to health care, including Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial lines of business.
