Position Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the Sugarloaf Social Club brand. This role will be instrumental in partnering with the President and Founder to drive the business forward, overseeing logistics, operations, purchasing, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, combined with the ability to dive into the details and ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the President and Founder to develop and implement business strategies to grow Sugarloaf Social Club.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient logistics, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
  • Purchasing: Manage purchasing activities to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality materials and products.
  • Marketing: Work with Pro Shop's growth team to develop and execute effective marketing plans that drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, occasionally stepping in to assist with shipping and customer inquiries.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment, promoting professional growth and high performance.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a management role, preferably within the retail or apparel industry.
  • Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
  • Attributes: A hands-on approach, problem-solving attitude, and a passion for golf and the lifestyle associated with it.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software, e-commerce platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
