Top Home Healthcare company is looking for a new Nursing and Therapy Recruiter to join our team in NYC. The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting Nurses and Therapists (ST, PT, OT)
Must have experience in high-volume sourcing, client relations, and candidate management.
Responsibilities:
Implement recruiting strategies to identify highly qualified candidates for active job openingsCreate and post new listings on various job boards to attract applicantsScreen resumes, cover letters, and application materials for qualifications and experienceConduct phone, video, or in-person interviews to assess a candidate’s fitCheck references to verify a candidate’s work history, skills, and experienceCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or members of the nursing management team. Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidatesFoster strategic partnerships with nursing schools and healthcare organizations to source potential applicantsQualifications:
Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsIn-depth understanding of healthcare and the range of nursing specialtiesKeen attention to detail for screening applications and referencesAdherence to laws and regulations related to hiring and employmentBachelor’s degree in human resources, nursing, or equivalent required4 years of experience as a recruiter preferredSalary: $75,000 base salary plus commission
Full-time onsite in the NYC office.
