What you will do:  

• The Weighmaster is responsible for weighing loaded trucks and weighing unloaded trucks to confirm weights. Weigh trucks on scale, enter weight into computer, generate paper ticket or send electronically.
• Is responsible for logging all in/out of trucks, trailers and field equipment.

• EH&S Compliance with direct reports: Placarding, Manifests, Load Securement etc. 

• Work closely with co-workers and supervisor in a team environment 

• Manage and enforce record retention and enforces Company policies and procedures as required 

• Responsible for reporting repair and maintenance concerns for equipment and work area to supervisor 

• Responds to routine requests from internal and external customers 

• Demonstrates professionalism and promote teamwork 

• Responsible for performance management process for all direct reports 

• Responsible for reporting incident / accident events to supervisor as soon as it occurs 

• Weekly inventory spot check of inventory products that have been delivered prior week 

• Other duties as assigned 

What you will bring:  

• Demonstrate a high level of communication & demonstrates a friendly approachable personality 

• Bi-lingual is a plus 

• Microsoft Word, Excel are a plus.

• Knowledge of Imperial County roads and canal system are a plus, but not required.

• High School Diploma or demonstrated experience in vocational agriculture 

• Basic computer skills 

• Valid Driver’s License Required 

• Ability to work long hours during high demand season 

• Ability to work Monday – Saturday during high demand season 

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range $16.00 - $22.48 an hour. This range is estimated for a Customer Service Representative in Imperial, CA. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.  Details will be discussed through the application process.
