Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Pilot to join our team at Global Medical Response Inc. As a Helicopter Pilot, you will be responsible for safely transporting patients to and from medical facilities, working closely with a team of medical experts to ensure the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches, adhering to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company regulations.
- Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including load manifests and shift records.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide shift change information to transitioning pilots and teams, and follow protocols for recording company change board details.
- Stay up-to-date with required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Requirements
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 helicopter flight hours
- 1,000 helicopter Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours
- 1,000 turbine hours
- Min. 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided and/or unaided)
- 100 IFR hours (Simulated included)
Additional Requirements
- Duty weight not to exceed 230 lbs, including flight suit and boots
