    Job Summary:

Essential Functions:

Assigns personnel to particular patients and patient care activities based on independent assessment of effective skill and ability utilization, while working to equalize assigned personnel work load.
Prepares patient and radioactive isotopes for administration and performs procedures.
Screens and recommends candidates for hire, promotion, discipline and other administrative actions.
Reviews daily schedule and assigns staffing, equipment and supplies accordingly. Prioritizes emergent procedures, minimizes patient waits and optimizes turn-around times.
Maintains accurate records, files and billing information. Ensures the integrity of patient data while adhering to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other patient confidentiality guidelines and regulations.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
