As one of the most successful international logistics companies, we nurture a culture of performance and recognition, and we have many career growth opportunities If you are looking for career development or simply a great place to be, consider joining us as a Returns Clerk at our site in Lewisville, Texas. #LI-onsite Your Role Reporting to a Supervisor, you will use a WMS (Warehouse Management System) to work with receivers to supply paperwork and create reports for all receiving activities. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday, 8:00 am â 4:30 pm, and will be paid weekly at $15.50 per hour. Your Responsibilities
  • Process orders for material or merchandise received by mail, fax, e-mail, EDI or telephone from customer
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data
  • Examine records such as bills, computer printouts, bills of lading and related documents and inform customer of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer using mail, e-mail, or telephone
  • Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management
  • Investigate overdue and damaged shipments or shortages in shipments for customers and/or common carriers
  • Analyze complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation, updating customers on a timely basis
  • Provide back up support for all accounts other than primary
  • Other duties as assigned
Your Skills and Experiences
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel; can keep complex spreadsheets
  • 1 year of experience with SAP or any Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Can work overtime and weekends
