Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality dashboards meet the needs of various business units. Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy completeness and reliability of data throughout the analysis process. Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner working closely with data teams and other data quality teams. Drive automation initiatives to streamline data collection analysis and reporting processes reducing manual efforts and increasing efficiency. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance data analysis data delivery and digital service needs.Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred. 4+ years of experience performing data analysis and data exploration preferably in the healthcare industry. 4+ years of experience designing and developing data quality reports and dashboards. 4+ years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI or similar BI tools. Experience performing data quality analysis from data stored in cloud storage preferred.Key Skills Strong Analytical Skills. Technical Proficiency. Excellent Communication Skills. Problem-Solving Abilities. Knowledge of Testing Techniques. Adaptability and Continuous Learning.
