**Clinical Excellence:** Bring your expertise and clinical skills and help expand on our success and full integration of our Cancer Institute
**Operational Excellence:** Lead initiatives to enhance the quality of care, patient safety, and overall patient experience across the system
**People Empowerment:** Develop and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth
**Community Engagement:** Build strong relationships with our communities, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored, compassionate care
