Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate Endocrinologist or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine Physician to join our esteemed practice. You will work closely with our experienced head physician to evaluate and treat a diverse patient population with endocrine disorders and related conditions. Your role will involve developing personalized treatment plans aimed at enhancing the health and well-being of each patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients with hormonal dysfunctions and endocrine diseases, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, and adrenal and pituitary disorders. Manage women’s health issues, such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and the menopausal transition. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess hormone levels and gland functions. Utilize advanced testing methods to provide accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific condition and needs. Prescribe medications, lifestyle changes, and other therapies to manage endocrine and related disorders. Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and the importance of follow-up care. Provide clear and compassionate guidance to help patients understand their health conditions and treatment pathways.Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology or Internal Medicine/Family Medicine. Active New York State medical license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a private practice setting.
