As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic-minded individual to join our team as the Marketing Strategy and Planning Lead.

In this role, you'll be responsible for partnering with the head of marketing, marketing team members and other cross functional teams across the company to lead the holistic marketing planning, development and implementation of omni-channel strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, consumer behavior and media landscapes, coupled with strong operational and analytical skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is a creative thinker, but also don t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. We are focused on building a best-in-class customer centric brand, and you will have a significant role in helping us achieve that goal. This role is perfect for the person looking to make a big impact on a soon to be household name brand.

This is an in-office role, Monday Friday, based in Doral, FL.

Key Responsibilities:

Omni-Channel Campaign Integration 30%

Develop and implement innovative and effective omni-channel strategies for customer retention and acquisition, aligned with marketing goals and business objectives.

Working hand in hand with internal team from concept to execution, ensuring the delivery of cohesive and compelling messaging across all marketing channels.

Strategic Planning & Tracking 50%

Manage and track marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to streamline process and optimize marketing spend

Cross Functional Collaboration 20%

Collaborate with various departments, including product development, e-commerce, store operations, and commercial optimization etc, to align marketing strategies and calendars with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

BA or equivalency in marketing, sales, or related fields required

8+ years of combined marketing, strategic planning/operations and measurement experience (ideally consumer packaged goods related)

Experience working within the food category, or passionate about food preferred.

Proven experience in marketing campaign development and planning, with a track record of successful campaign execution.

Thinking strategy, but also being a hands-on team player

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to manage and inspire a team.

Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.

Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
