Actalent Services is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor to manage and oversee patient account team with a closed door pharmacy in OKC, OK.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in admissions, readmissions, and insurance information maintenance, ensuring real-time claims resolution.
Partner with various departments to keep customer contact lists updated for admissions and billing information.
Hire, train, and manage Patient Accounts personnel, including handling disciplinary functions.
Drive the department to meet its goals related to volume, production, quality, customer service, and deadlines.
Assess staff performance for productivity, accuracy, and quality. Implement retraining or performance improvement programs as needed.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching or corrective sessions.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational enhancements, such as cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Lead and participate in special projects aimed at operational improvements.
Work with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and delivery teams to meet daily production and service goals.
Enforce company and departmental policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
Commit to meeting customer expectations and using feedback to enhance services.
Engage in special projects or training for operational improvements.
Collaborate positively and productively with team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years Experince in a managing role
Previous experience in the following areas: Hiring, Training, and Managing multiple people
MUST have High School Diploma or GED - College degree in business or healthcare highly preferred
Previous experience with budgets and staffing management
Must be flexible to work at times when the site is open including weekends & evenings
Shift:
Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p
