Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Description:

We are looking for Bilingual (English & Spanish) Call Center Representatives to join our REMOTE team

Shift: Must have availability between 9am-9pm EST, 7 days per week. (Training schedule will be Mon-Fri- 9am-5pm)

Responsibilities Include:            

  • Place and field calls, chats, SMS or emails 
  • Communicate with contacts in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collect and record information in the CRM 
  • Provide contacts with approved information and, if appropriate, refer them to additional resources 
  • Follow script.  Representatives are not permitted to deviate from the script or provide information that is not included in the script. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a health care environment or preferably in public health system is ideal or referral to this opportunity through a local non-profit agency or city/state workforce program 
  • 1 plus years experience working in a call center environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required and ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress 
  • Ability to show empathy to distressed individuals 
  • High school diploma, or equivalent required 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills 
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English 
  • Experience with Microsoft business applications and computers
