Client Overview:
Our client, a well-known contemporary company that has Women’s & Men’s product. This lively, developing company is looking for a driven and organized Production Associate to work in their corporate office.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$28 – $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Production Associate will be responsible for working alongside the Production Team managing the production process from the order allocation to product delivery. The ideal candidate must be able to work with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, development and more. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who is eager to learn and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This company is looking for a potential Production Associate candidate who wants to grow their career by working as a Freelance Production Coordinator.
Responsibilities of the Production Associate:
Maintaining production schedule based on the T&A calendar, resolve any delays or issues
Daily communication with factories and serving as a liaison between factories, customers, sales and production team
Issue and manage purchase orders
Responsible for on time deliveries of bulk orders and timely communication with sales on any delivery updates
Tracking and processing all samples
Assisting in initial and final costing negotiations
Supporting development process
Qualifications for the Production Associate:
Minimum 4 years of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Blue Cherry
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and excellent follow up and follow through skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required
