Azure DevSecOps Engineer

Scope of Work
DevSecOps Implementation: Designs, implements, and maintains Azure DevSecOps best practices throughout the software development cycle.
Collaboration: Collaboratively define, scope, prioritize, and estimate tasks. Optimize and manage a healthy Azure DevSecOps environment.
Security: Works closely with development, operations, and security teams to implement Azure DevSecOps Advanced Security including Dependabot automated dependency updates, secret scanning, and code scanning.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Azure DevOps pipelines and resources.
Risk Management: Conducts security risk assessments and recommends mitigating risks. Detect, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to the problems in the DevSecOps domain.
Automation: Maintains and develops automation and continuous build/integration/deployment infrastructure for multiple environments.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.
Experience with Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Repos, and Azure Boards.
Documentation: Documents DevSecOps processes and ensure that the DevSecOps platform is up-to-date and properly maintained.
Performance Optimization: Identifies and addresses performance bottlenecks. Recognize management concerns and challenges, evaluate them, and offer prompt solutions and/or escalation.
Project Management and ITIL: Aligns with standard Project Management methodologies and industry-standard service management principles (such as ITIL). Goals
Follow development methodologies and standards for systems design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of applications software.
Deliver the final product on time and within budget.
Work in a collaborative environment with other developers, designers, testers, and project managers Deliverables

Proficient in .Net Core 5.0, SQL 2019, Angular 10, Node JS 14.20.0, Visual Studio Code 1.80, Visual Studio 2019, Bootstrap 4.6.0, or higher versions.
Debug code and perform thorough and proper unit tests on all aspects of the application.
Enforce coding standards including secure coding/development.
Provide input in problem-solving by using technical, time management, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Display a high degree of inquisitiveness and an eagerness to learn at a detailed and abstract level.
Highly self-motivated and organized, with a strong business sense to capture and fulfill the business requirements for all products and articulate in an architecture model.
Work independently on small projects.
Take directives from management and perform tasks efficiently.
