Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Maintenance Team: Oversee and coordinate the activities of the maintenance staff to ensure efficient operation and timely completion of maintenance tasks. PLC Expertise: Utilize PLC systems for troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues on various manufacturing equipment. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and preventive maintenance logs. Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability of critical components. Training and Development: Provide training and support to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance equipment performance and reliability.
