Job Summary:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance of the hotel, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

  • Develop and implement maintenance programs to ensure that the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that guest requests are met and that the hotel's facilities are well-maintained.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain a maintenance budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and reported.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong background in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
