Summary: Invoices all grant contracts in accordance with contract requirements. Works under the direction of the HRI Grant Accountant. Prepares journal entries and cash receipts related to grants and contracts as directed. Assists in preparation of FFRs and submission through the federal PMS system. Assists in reconciliation of grants to PMS system. Communicates with Grant Managers related to timing of billings and close out of awards and for clarification of contract items affecting billings and payments due. Salary range $55,005 to $68,805.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related field; or
2. Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) year of full-time general accounting experience; or
3. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time general accounting experience.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
