    Job Description

    The Lean Manager (Industrial Manufacturing) Will:

  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams in quality improvement projects, focusing on process enhancements, scrap reduction, and supplier quality.Implement LEAN manufacturing techniques and design solutions.Utilize 8D problem solving for root cause analysis.Facilitate value stream mapping to identify and document business improvements.Track and implement cost reduction initiatives for process improvements.Oversee lean process implementation, automation, and quality improvements.Lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).Develop and sustain employee training programs focused on lean concepts.

The Successful Applicant

Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lean-focused role (not quality).Experience in fostering a culture of quality awareness beyond the quality inspection team.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.Preferred experience with the implementation of adaptable robotics/automation.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Local to Bedford, NH Comfortable working at a small company that needs assistance building up their quality and lean programs
