Review solicitations, modifications and contract awards to ensure all laws, executive orders, regulations, and other procedural requirements have been met.
Advise local command structure, contracting officers, management, and customer activities on matters relating to implementation and utilization of contracting policies and procedures.
Perform internal control or quality assurance duties to include conducting internal control reviews and making internal control reports.
Perform pre-award/post-award procurement functions.
Conduct training of contracting personnel to improve acquisition practices.
Identify problem areas or trends discovered during periodic reviews and recommend corrective actions to the MICC-Fort Johnson Commander.
