Group Marketing Manager, Web Operations

Come join the Consumer Group’s Marketing Operations team as a Group Marketing Manager, Web Operations playing a crucial role to deliver web marketing experiences to our TurboTax customers. You will lead a team of web front end developers and web authors that build web pages, experiments and personalization. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of web front end developers and web authors that create web experiences serving over 50M consumers and businesses, offering a full range of tax solutions from Do-It-Yourself to Full-Service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the team with a continuous improvement mindset, setting team priorities and delivering web experiences that are compliant and accessible using content management (such as Wordpress, Adobe, Stackbit), personalization and experimentation platforms (such as Optimizely).
  • Set the vision partnering across Intuit for platform excellence for content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM), experimentation and personalization.
  • Extreme focus on improving key metrics around efficiency, velocity and accuracy.
  • Take extreme accountability over web experiences managing incidents or triaging issues.
  • Comfortable managing multiple competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment to ensure business initiatives are met with high-quality.
  • Strong partnership across product management, engineering, design and marketing leaders to serve as a trusted advisor on capabilities while determining priorities, trade-offs and capacity of team.
  • Improve processes and policy documentation related to web management leveraging AI to increase operational efficiencies and ensure broad communication.
  • Communicate complex ideas to senior leaders across multiple functions (marketing, PD, PM) using data to drive decision making.
Minimum Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in web development and various content management systems as well CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
  • Proven track record of managing a team in a geographically dispersed team across India and Pacific Time zones.
  • Deep expertise in Agile software development methodology and JIRA usage for creating epics, stories and triaging work.
  • Forward thinker of AI, machine learning and deep learning technologies to bring efficiencies.
  • Excellent oral and written communications to simply communicate complex requirements, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organized and logical critical thinking thriving in fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, marketing or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
