Line Cook / Sushi Maker Pay Grades (Plus approx $1 to $3 per hour in tips, depending on sales and shifts worked, higher tips on weekend shifts)
- Cook III - Trainee through ability to work 1 station expertly $14 - $16/hr.
- Cook II - Ability to work 2-3 stations expertly $16 - $18/hr.
- Cook I - Ability to work 4 stations expertly $18 - $20/hr.
- Sushi III - Trainee through ability to work maki rollling station expertly $14 - $17/hr.
- Sushi II - Ability to work maki and nigiri stations expertly $17 - $19/hr.
- Sushi I - Ability to work maki, nigiri, fish cutting stations expertly $19 - $24/hr.
Daily Work Routine
- Participate in and maintain a positive, professional, team oriented work environment.
- Be focused on exceeding guest expectations of a great meal experience.
- Production of prep recipes and menu items for guests according to production forms and recipe cards.
- Maintaining an organized clean and sanitary work station.
- Coordination of duties and products with the other kitchen stations.
- Follow company, Serve Safe & State Dept of Health best practices for food safety & hygiene.
