Here's What Youll Do:

Assist in leading the operational delivery of Modernas Digital Agenda under the Directors guidance.

Support the management of a strategic portfolio focusing on digital operations and strategic initiatives across the CMC Digital organization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support project management and operational changes within the digital domain.

Contribute to the data-driven strategy development and implementation, aligning digital efforts with business priorities and organizational goals.

Facilitate communication and best practices sharing among functional portfolio leaders, fostering a collaborative environment.

Help manage the financial aspects of digital projects, ensuring budget adherence and value realization.

Support the establishment of operational data platforms and data-driven KPIs to monitor and enhance digital operation performance.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

7+ years in digital operations or IT management, with a proven track record in digital strategy execution and portfolio management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile practices.

Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost control.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of leading diverse teams and working effectively across organizational boundaries.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital transformation challenges and opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in CMC.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

Proven ability to support change management within a dynamic environment.
