As a Marketing Coordinator, you will assist the marketing team in implanting productive marketing strategies and plans. This position's starting wage is $17.Essential Functions
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Adhere to policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
- Develop and implement media strategies to enhance visibility and engagement across various platforms
- Create and curate compelling content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data driven recommendations for improvement
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns
- Engage with online communities, team members, and business to build brand advocacy and partnerships
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to differentiate our brand
- Stay informed about relevant social media advertising options and assist in the planning and execution of media campaigns
- Support and cultivate new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
- A minimum of six months of related experience and training
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily
- Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays
Physical Demands
- Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand
- Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
- Occasionally required to sit or stoop
- Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds
