A leading player in the financial industry is seeking a talented Private Credit Associate to join their team in sunny Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our credit strategies and investment portfolios.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior team members to analyze and evaluate potential credit opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and industry research.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of credit transactions, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and manage the ongoing performance of existing credit investments.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
  • Experience in the energy/clean tech and infrastructure sectors
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Solid understanding of credit markets, financial analysis, and investment principles.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
