We see patients who are experiencing first time symptoms as well as those with a longstanding diagnosis who may be struggling to find the best treatment.Our team consists of providers, nurses, social workers, PharmD, and other health care professionals that diagnose and treat patients. Our team of experts provide the latest in clinical care along with education and support to patients and caregivers.

What you will do as a Visit Facilitator - Clinic:

  • Prepare examination and procedure areas for patients appointment
  • Set-up the exam or procedure room
  • Stock supplies
  • Clean each exam/procedure room before and after each patient visit
  • Prepare for procedures by bringing in and setting up equipment or supplies
  • Transport and clean equipment, instruments, etc.
  • Completes visit wrap-up by scheduling and coordinating follow-up appointments and other needs
  • Including MyChart sign-up for simple and sophisticated scheduling

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1-year of customer service experience

Location: 5775 Wayzata Boulevard Park Place East Floor 2, Suite #255, St Louis Park, MN 55416

Hours: 40 Hours/Week
