- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to patients.
- Develop and implement medical policies, protocols, and procedures in accordance with FQHC regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategic initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and overall clinic performance.
- Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in quality improvement activities, including monitoring patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Provide direct patient care as needed, maintaining a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Represent the clinics in community outreach efforts and foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including patients, community leaders, and healthcare partners.
- Stay current with developments in healthcare policies, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into clinic operations as appropriate.
- Uphold and promote the Christian values and mission of the clinics in all aspects of work and interactions.

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Alaska, or the ability to obtain one.
- Board certification in a primary care specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics).
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an FQHC.
- Strong understanding of FQHC operations, compliance requirements, and reporting procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally competent care to patients of diverse backgrounds.
- Alignment with the Christian values and mission of the clinics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.
