Job Description:

Responsible for assisting the cost accounting teams and systems. Responsible for transacting inventory movements between entities. Reconcile inventory between systems. Prepares journal entries. Collects data for cost setting.

  • Transacts inventory movements between entities, including receiving, work order build and shipment
  • Process intercompany invoices and reconciles corresponding intercompany accounts
  • Works closely with customer service and IT to resolve
  • Maintains standard costs and assists with reviewing work orders and variances
  • Helps reconcile perpetual inventory and asset balances
  • Prepares monthly journal entries
  • Assists with financial statements review and analysis
Job Requirements:
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to work professionally and independently
