Key accountabilities:
- Plan and coordinate the establishment of field modification and Open Item List (OIL) files and any other relevant documentation, the necessary qualified staffing and liaise with procurement to ensure timely supplies of associated tools and materials, interfacing with the production site and the PI team
- Verify of field modification files and OIL including test procedure (complete, availability, validation)
- Coordinate and ensure timely deployment (and optimization of train downtime) and correction of all modification and solutions in collaboration with the Project management, PI and the customer
- Communicate to all parties’ progress and configurations during the field modification deployment and issue resolutions as agreed with all parties.
- Ensure proper receiving, managing, and deployment of the T&C and field modification to all relevant components and parts including consignment stock and capital spares, where applicable
- Support PrPIM in all field modification and OIL related matters
- Implement and enforce EHS requirements (Environment Health & Safety requirements) on PI customer site with the support of EHS team representatives
- Ensure PI processes are respected
- Ensure the implementation of appropriate action plans if any deviation or non-conformity in perimeter of FM implementation and Engineering Solutions
- Ensure data management & update regarding FM are reported in the relevant tools
- Take Return of Experience (REX) about first modification and engineering solution implementation and adjust/optimize documents & tools for cost and time
Performance measurements:
- Level of accuracy, maturity and applicability of final modification and OIL file
- Customer acceptance and quality level of final modification and closing of Open Items
- Compliance with EHS rules and work-related processes
- Achievement of contractual availability (milestone) targets
- Completeness and Quality of FM implementation and closing of Open Item data recorded in data base
- Availability of configuration update data
- Audit results (internal and external)
Educational Requirements
Mandatory:
- Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
- Minimum IT knowledge
- Internal EHS training
Desirable:
- Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
- English
Experience
Mandatory:
- Several years of customer depot or warehouse environment
- Understanding and experience with Logistics issues
- Field Experience
- EHS knowledge and exposure
- Product knowledge
- Capacity to analyze supply contracts
- Team management (if applicable)
