Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Screen Print Catcher. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our screen printing process by ensuring the quality and accuracy of printed materials. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect, catch, and organize freshly printed items as they come off the screen printing press.

Responsibilities:

Monitor screen printing press operation to catch printed items as they are produced.
Inspect each item for quality, including color accuracy, print alignment, and any defects.
Sort and organize printed items according to job specifications.
Package printed items appropriately for shipment or further processing.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the removal of excess ink and waste materials.
Communicate any quality issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
Assist with general production tasks and provide support to the screen printing team as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Basic math skills for counting and sorting printed items.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
