Responsible for the day to day management of the Construction Finance Oversight Committee (CFOC) meeting process through various tasks, including analyzing budget status worksheets, managing monthly reports, maintaining project files, preparing meeting minutes, updating tracking logs, collaborating with financial consultants, managing meeting agendas and materials, attending committee meetings, facilitating quorum presence, and distributing signed, approved meeting minutes for acceptance by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (Aviation Authority) Board.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or closely related field, and five (5) years of work experience to include project administration, query/report building in relational databases, and the fundamentals of cost accounting, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Experience in an airport or other public sector environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Proficiency in using financial software such as Oracle and Excel to manage and update reports.
  • Knowledge of project management and ability to maintain files and update them regularly.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take accurate meeting minutes..
  • Familiarity with database management and ability to update tracking logs regularly.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with financial consultants.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prepare meeting agendas and materials.
  • Administrative skills and ability to provide support to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly.
  • Communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with committee members to ensure their timely attendance.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and ability to manage the distribution of meeting minutes and agenda to relevant stakeholders.
  • Valid Florida driver's license.
