Responsible for supervising Front Desk and Call Center staff. Supports, administers, and manages

operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives.

Hires, trains, motivates, and evaluates team to ensure proper guidance and support for success. Creates effective and efficient schedules to meet business demands while achieving guest satisfaction

goals and controlling labor costs.

Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in

accordance with company and department standards and programs. Ensures customer service

standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they occur.

Answers inquiries pertaining to services and hotel policies. Resolve and report customer service

complaints in accordance to company and department programs in a timely manner.

Work with the team to ensure daily responsibilities and standards are being reviewed and met. Shift

checklists are being completed in an accurate and timely manner.

Work with other departments (Housekeeping, Player Development, Sales) to achieve the highest level

of occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Effectively administers hotel rate strategy, yielding inventory, and rates within PMS and OTA sites. Control room inventory to allow maximum availability. Monitor booking pace for correct forecasting

and revenue maximization. Utilizes data to make decisions on rate and occupancy strategies.

Reviews team’s Shift Closing Reports and Cash drops. Ensures banks counts are accurate. Conducts safety audits of the hotel and ensures that all team members are following proper safety.

Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies,

and procedures.

Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time (7+ hours). Always follow the Company Service Standards model. Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and

weekends.

Other duties may be assigned at any time.
