What You'll Do:
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead our software projects to success. Your role includes:
Sprint Management: Organize and lead weekly sprints, balancing needs across product, sales, and technical teams. Utilize data-driven strategies for decision-making and ensure clarity and accuracy in task assignments and estimations. Daily Operations: Facilitate daily standups to address project blockers and monitor progress using key performance indicators like burndown charts. Communications: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to align project goals with company objectives and ensure smooth execution of deliverables. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues, optimize processes through sprint retrospectives, and spearhead necessary team expansions. Documentation and Reporting: Manage project documentation and provide comprehensive sprint reports to keep all parties informed. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to refine processes and enhance product quality, including conducting workshops to elevate team skills.Product Launches: Coordinate product launches and embody the voice of the customer within the team to ensure user-centric development.
Job Requirements
Who You Are:
Experienced with 5+ years in project management, preferably in a tech or software engineering environment. Educated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Adept in Agile methodologies with a proven ability to manage essential project metrics. An effective communicator skilled in discussing complex concepts with diverse audiences. Technically proficient and data-savvy, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experienced with project management tools like Trello. Experienced with making data-driven decisions, ideally with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and SQL. High degree of attention-to-detail, resourcefulness, and judgment. Experience at a fast-paced, product-oriented startup.Nice to Have:
Familiarity with CAD software and electronic circuit design.What We Offer:
