As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for selling new and used RVs at gross profit, and meeting customer satisfaction and volume standards expected by America's Fastest Growing RV Retailer. Many of our sales consultants have grown their careers up to including but not limited to Sales Manager, Finance Manager, and General Manager COMPENSATION: $75k-$100k Our professionally trained Sales Consultants currently earn an average of $7,800/month selling an average of 10 units/month. Paid training for the first four weeks. This average amount is based off a commissioned pay plan.
