You will be working alongside Engineers to develop an advanced new product and be among the first individuals to work on cutting edge manufacturing processes within Tesla. What You’ll Do- Safety mindset and immediately report emergencies, incidents, and near misses to Management. Focus on work area safety, cleanliness, material usage and organization
- Operate various process equipment in the development stage. Carry out wet chemical processes with manual to semi-automated equipment
- Load and unload material into containers and tools
- Independently document operating procedures and data for every production run in standard format and cross train to be competent in multiple work areas
- Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software
- Identify and correct small minor maintenance tasks on tools
- Participate in the continuous improvement of safety, quality, output, and tool up time
- 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, optics, or small-scale manufacturing
- Experience with troubleshooting manufacturing equipment
- Document processes and procedures for manufacturing, maintenance, quality
- Operate various manufacturing or assembly equipment
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
