We are looking for a hard working and dedicated Warehouse Associate to work at our client site in Durham, NC. As a Warehouse Associate you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the client warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for a variety of activities, including inventory management, handling, storing, loading, and shipping spa products. The Warehouse Associate will also have some customer-facing roles such as conducting sales activities, providing customer service via phone, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Ordering inventory and equipment and stock
- Scheduling the delivery with the vendor
- Receiving the product safely and in-tact
- Documenting in software's
- Forklift experience and warehouse management skills
- Assessment of inventory, including keeping ALL inventory clean and in good repair by performing basic troubleshooting & testing of all incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure any cosmetic or equipment failures are resolved prior to the item being sold
- Performing those repairs on-site or off-site
- Assisting the delivery team by prepping the equipment package for sale
- Assisting the delivery team with complicated jobs off-site
- Performing minor repairs and cleaning services off-site as needed
- Assisting the store manager and staff with the cleanliness and upkeep of the store, inside and out
- Water testing for clients
- Assisting the store manager and staff with sales, phones, and any other tasks needed

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
