As a contractor supporting Account Management, you will provide support in account management and sales administration and the coordination of customer documentation and management of information. You will serve as a key resource to internal sales and account management teams regarding contracts and supportive tasks for organizational efficiencies.
What you'll be doing...

  • Handle day-to-day administration for sales and account management and handles the issuance in salesforce.com (SFDC) for established software contracts, including generation of order forms and statement of work (SOW) requests.
  • Work with sales and account management to ensure consistency and accuracy in customer intelligence and undertakes the management and input of information in salesforce.com (SFDC) and related systems.
  • Review contract terms and conditions.
  • Support the account management team with internal and external research by generating SFDC reports and spreadsheets.
  • Liaise with internal teams to solidify and improve processes to resolve administrative queries.
  • Support sales and account management with approved requests originating from the Finance Department to identify and resolve escalated and approved accounts receivable issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of company pricing and licensing policies.
  • Provide direct support to internal sales and account management team.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain thorough working knowledge of all applications, computerized systems and internal processes related to the renewal and maintenance of software licenses.
  • Performs other duties, as assigned.


What you'll bring to us...

  • 3+ years of experience directly supporting internal and/or external customers in a sales or account management environment.
  • Comfortable working with contracts, quotes, and opportunities.
  • 1+ years working in salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Experience in MS Office tools suite (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability of working on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
  • Proven business writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task.
  • Able to work independently but also take direction from multiple people.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • A natural curiosity and willingness to learn.


Preferred:

  • Hotel and/or hospitality experience.
