Core functions:  

Provide timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing the highest quality traditional espresso beverages for our guests.

Job duties but not limited to:

Take beverage orders from guests and servers Prepare and serve coffee, cortado, americano, latte and cappuccino based on standard recipes Recommends coffee flavor profiles to customers Posses full knowledge in local roasters and tea offerings that we feature Participate in a culture of innovation by contributing ideas for house and seasonal coffee and tea beverages Learns the names and personally recognize our regular guests Takes ownership the coffee bar and maintains cleanliness in all areas including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves and storage areas Taking care of our guests using our methods for delivering contagious hospitality
