  • The Director of Logistics, will drive efficiency and the highest level of service to our clients.
Develop and implement logistics strategies to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiencyLead and manage the logistics team, including hiring, training, and mentoring staff to ensure high performance and job satisfactionOversee the transportation and delivery of goods, coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholdersMonitor and evaluate logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actionsCollaborate with other departments, such as purchasing, production, and marketing, to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics activitiesEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, customs requirements, and industry standardsAnalyze data and generate reports on key logistics metrics, such as shipment volume, on-time delivery, and transportation costsStay updated on industry trends and technological advancements, recommending and implementing innovative solutions

The Successful Applicant

BA/BS in Business or related field. Emphasis on Supply Chain / Logistics preferred.Master's degree preferred.Minimum 10 years in a Senior Logistics role, with 5 years management/supervisory experience.Exceptional Leadership and managerial capability required.Strong systems skills including experience with logistics software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong quantitative and analytical skillsStrong ownership and organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
