As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for contributing to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.Provide product information and manage inbound/outbound calls.Order Processing:Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring accurate order/data entry.Collaborate with the sales team to track and manage order status.Sales Support:Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports and presentations.Assist in organizing and preparing dead files to be stored, scanned, or shredded.Communication:Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and improve processes.Product Knowledge:Stay informed about product features, benefits, and updates to effectively assist customers and clients.Willing to complete ongoing training to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications:Competent in basic office skills (filing, storing, scanning, shredding).Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.Benefits:Competitive pay at $20 per hourProfessional development opportunities.Supportive and encouraging team environment.Long-term opportunityWays to Apply:IF QUALIFIED, call or text 815-#-# to set up an interview.Apply online at ***/dekalbil .Visit our office at 1812 Sycamore Rd, Unit B, DeKalb, IL.
