We are a dynamic law firm situated in Westwood seeking a temporary to hire Legal Biller with ebilling expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective and efficient billing management, and assisting with the collection process for our firm.
Job Responsibilities-
Prepare, edit, and submit legal bills in a timely manner.

Liaise effectively with attorneys and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies.
-
Maintain a comprehensive record of all billing activities including follow-ups, queries, and payments.
-
Collaborate with other team members to streamline and improve the billing process.
-
Use your ebilling experience to manage digital transactions and filings.
-
Monitor account balances and carry out timely collections in accordance with our established protocols.
-
Regularly report regarding billing and collection statuses to senior management.
Requirements
Qualifications-
A Bachelor's Degree preferably in Finance, Business or related field.

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal Biller or similar role within a law firm.
-
Proficiency in using legal billing software and other related applications.
-
Strong understanding and experience with ebilling and related digital transactions.
-
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
-
Outstanding attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
-
Demonstrated ability in managing collections effectively.
-
Must be able to adhere strictly to firm's confidentiality and ethical standards.
