Mission: The aim of the Maintenance tech position is to improve tools and processes. Maintenance techs are responsible for maintaining the performance and improvement of all equipment.
Essential Functions of Role:
Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance: keeping machines in a good, clean and working manner.
- Perform corrective maintenance: diagnose problems, determine parts and supplies which needed reparation, assist in mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
- Facilities maintenance: equipment and building repair.
- Tools: Fixing of tools and equipment's.
- Improve tools and processes.
Essential Common Requirements for All Employees:

Educational Requirement: Technical School
Area of Study: Maintenance
(Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)
Years of Experience Required:
- 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Maintenance.
- 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Required Qualifications:
- Language Required: English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Travel Required: 5-25%
Physical Ability Requirements:
- Stationary Position (Sitting or Standing): Frequently
